Therapy is an opportunity to develop a new, unique relationship in which you are free to speak your mind, you are heard and experience your emotions, thoughts, beliefs and sense of self in transformational ways. This transformation is driven by a collaboration of curiosity as you and I seek to develop understanding of your life and the neurological restructuring and emotional self-regulation that is reestablished through this relationship and process.

I am a licensed mental health therapist in private practice based in the Shenandoah Valley and serving all of Virginia. My practice accepts insurance for online psychotherapy sessions for teens and adults. My clinical work is influenced by over 7 years of experience offering a therapeutic presence in several settings. I believe being a lifelong learner is essential to my role as a therapist and my clinical judgment is always in development. Whether psychodynamic, CBT, philosophy, attachment theory, literature and beyond, I strive to integrate what we know about living well to best serve you in our therapeutic work together.
